We want you and your little one to be completely comfortable in your Baby K'tan carrier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in new, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Carrier

  Place the unwashed carrier and all original packaging, including the instructional manual and sash, into a secure shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
